Attention Market Conduct Management ("MCM") Designees

The Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (“IRES”) and the IRES Foundation have been working together to reimagine the Advanced Market Conduct Management (“AMCM”) designation program.  

With the assistance of many regulator and industry volunteers, a virtual-based curriculum is currently in development. This program will consist of several modules including a line of business (Property & Casualty, Life, and Health) perspective, as well as the opportunity to understand the roles and insights of regulators and industry compliance professionals as they relate to market analysis and market conduct.

Watch for more information on this program in 2026!  For those of you who are interested and do not yet have your MCM designation, you can find more information on the MCM program through the IRES website.
