Did You Miss the NICE Compliance Reporting Deadline?
If you hold an AIE®, CIE®, or CICSR® designation and you missed the October 1st reporting deadline of Continuing Education (CE) credits for the 2023-2024 compliance period, the registration of your designation is scheduled to be classified as inactive. Without an active registration of your designation, IRES will not recognize your professional designation and will not endorse it to others; including but not limited to: your employer, the NAIC, organizations, associations, and other individuals.
If you have questions or need information on how to reactive your designation, please contact the IRES office at info@go-ires.org.
New Compliance Period
It is never too early to start earning credits towards the new National IRES Continuing Education (NICE) compliance year.
The NICE program requires that you:
Earn at least 15 qualifying Continuing Education (CE) credits between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025;
Report those CE credits no later than September 30, 2025.
Remember, you can enter your CE credits as you earn them. The NICE Submission Form is always open and available online for you to report your credits.
See the National IRES Continuing Education (NICE) Program manual (at https://www.go-ires.org/nice-program) for specific NICE program requirements and reporting deadlines.
