Article Submission

Use the following fields to upload the following components of your article submission. Please contact the office for alternate submission options if you will not be able to meet the submission requirements of this form.

Article

The preferred format is Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX). Other acceptable formats are ODF, PDF, and ZIP.

Please include the following within your article file:

1. A brief biography for each author, including the author’s name, accreditations/designations, job title, current employer, and any additional information of relevance/interest to the reader.
2. Relative placement of any supporting images/graphics (provided by you) and caption information for those images/graphics.
3. All desired formatting for your article (e.g. bulleted or numbered lists, bold, italics, color emphasis, highlighting, etc.).

Author Photo(s)

You may provide up to five (5) individual author photos, and you must provide at least one.

Please provide high-quality, high-resolution portrait-style photos suitable for publication in a digital environment.

Accepted file formats are JPG, TIF, PDF, and ZIP.

If you need to submit more than five photos, or your photo files exceed the 800 KB file limit, try compressing the file(s) (individually or as a group) as a ZIP file.

Article Images (Optional)

You may provide up to six (6) individual image files to be included as supporting graphics within your article. (If you are providing any supporting images, please be sure that your article file includes the desired placement and caption for each image.)

Please provide high-quality, high-resolution photos suitable for publication in a digital environment.

Accepted file formats are JPG, TIF, PSD, PDF, and ZIP.

If you need to submit more than six images, or your image files exceed the 800 KB file limit, try compressing the file(s) (individually or as a group) as a ZIP file.
