The following CDS sponsorship levels are available:
PLATINUM - $7,500
- This level will receive recognition in the digital copy of the advance brochure, printed CDS program, may set up a booth near registration, and receive exclusive billing as a sponsor of one major event (not a breakfast or break).
- Three (3) free registrations for attendees of the sponsoring organization.
- Additional drink tickets will also be provided to the sponsor for use at the Sunday social.

GOLD - $5,000
- This level will receive recognition in the digital copy of the advance brochure, printed CDS program, may set up a booth near registration, and receive exclusive billing as a sponsor of one continental breakfast or break.
- Two (2) free registrations for attendees of the sponsoring organization.
- "Sponsor" ribbons for all attendees of the sponsoring organization.
SILVER - $2,500
- This level will receive recognition in the digital copy of the advance brochure, printed CDS program, may set up a booth near registration, and receive dual billing as a sponsor of one event.
- One (1) free registration for an attendee of the sponsoring organization.
- "Sponsor" ribbons for all attendees of the sponsoring organization.
BRONZE - $1,000
- This level will receive recognition in the digital copy of the advance brochure and printed CDS program, and may set up a booth near registration.

PATRON- $500
